HI 122 – Ancient History
From earliest recorded accounts and oral traditions to the great ancient civilizations, early mankind is studied. Oriental, Egyptian, Babylonian, Persian, Phoenician, Grecian, Roman and other peoples are considered, especially in Bible light.

HI 301 – Revival History
A special historical focus on great sovereign works of God in His church and nations. Emphasis is placed on modern era great awakenings, lessons to be learned, and comparisons to Biblical revivals.

HI 402 – United States History
A survey of the philosophical, religious, social, industrial and economic developments in the founding, growth and transition periods of the nation. Emphasis is given to significant individuals and the influence of the Bible.

HI 403 – Baptist History
An analysis of the beginning and development of the Baptist movement including transition through doctrinal, philosophical and personal influences. Emphasis is given to Individuals and the role of Baptists in shaping society.

HI 430-39 – Seminar in History
Students may take non-CTU history seminars with prior approval and specified reading and writing assignments. Especially appropriate when fill-in credit is needed.
